Making Natural Granola Bars


4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup of nuts (1/3 sliced almonds, 1/3 walnuts, 1/3 pecans)
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup light corn syrup (You may use honey)
1/2 teaspoon salt
cooking oil spray

- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well.
- Press into a 15 1/4-inch x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. (Mixture will be brown and bubbly.)
- Cool.
- Cut into bars and serve on a serving plate or store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
