Veggie-packed pita pocket

What You'll Need
2 carrots, grated
2 Tbsp.black olives
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
2 whole wheat pita breads
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
2 lettuce leaves
1 red pepper

Technique
1. Combine carrots, olives and dressing.
2. Spread insides of pitas with Neufchatel.
3. Fill with lettuce, peppers and carrot mixture.

Prep Time: 10 min.; Total Time: 10 min.;  Makes: 2 servings
