I found this coupon binder on Utah Deal Diva this week as I was searching for internet coupons. It appears that she has each section broke down into categories, so it seems that you can incorporate this idea into your meal planning binder.
I can't imagine carrying this to the store, but it does allow you to organize all of your coupons and permits you to see when each is expired.
