It's all in ones perspective

There are those who believe that when a woman submits to her husband she somehow loses her identity. They claim that when a woman believes it is her glorious duty to keep her home serving her husband and children, she is, in essence, become a doormat. Ironically, by rejecting God's ways, that's exactly what the enemy intends for us to become - self-created doormats!

Many women naively follow individualistic feminist thought right into the arms of corporate America. Instead of being servants to their families, they become slaves to a system that cares nothing about them. In their delusion, they believe they are finally free. What they don't realize is that Satan stands laughing as he wipes his feet on their precious "personhood."

Patrick Henry once said, "It is when people forget God that tyrants forge their chains." Satan knows that if he can keep us focused on our rights and all those needs that supposedly aren't going to be met unless "we do something," we'll be so distracted that we'll miss the good part. If he can keep us looking out for Number One and running from servanthood because we fear becoming slaves to "some man" and a bunch of clinging children, then he can clamp shut the shackles!

"And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many." (Mark 10:44,45)
