I thought the demo of the Seal-a-Meal was good. I've never seen this done. The benefits of using a Seal-a-Meal is that the device removes the oxygen—so the nutrients in foods are preserved and it keeps nearby flavors out. This causes the food to taste fresher, longer.
Tip: You may want to have plenty of ice cubes pre-made before you try this project.
