How to Cook a Turkey

  • Roast 325 degrees F
  • Cook 18 minutes per lb.
  • Internal temp. 165 degrees F in the thickest part of the thigh
Turkeys can also be effectively cooked in an oven bag and a roasting pan, using the same guides from above.
