The Toilet of Tomorrow

On an annual basis in the US, toilet paper usage estimates range as high as…
  • 36.5 billion rolls of toilet paper used resulting in…
  • 15 million trees pulped…
  • 474 billion gallons of water consumed to produce the paper…
  • 253,000 tons of chlorine applied in the bleaching process…
  • 17.3 terawatts of electricity wasted
Because of the impact on our environment, I believe toilet paper will slowly be replaced by the bidet. Toilet paper will still be available, but it will gradually be replaced by good ole soap and water. Europeans have been using bidets for years, and Muslims have used soap and water to clean themselves for centuries.

Listen to Dr. Mercola talk about the personal hygiene benefits of a bidet.

Traditional bidets are very costly, but the add-on device that adjusts to your toilet is more affordable, and in the long run will save on toilet paper purchasing. Dr. Mercola has a discount on his until Dec. 4th with free shipping, here. They can also be found on Amazon.com for an affordable amount. While doing your research, I'd learn if the water comes out warm or cold.
