(YouTube link) (Part 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

By creating 7 meal plans per week, then multiplying it by how often you will eat it in a month, then in a 6-month period, you will know how much to buy. You will need to create a shopping list. If you are buying for a 6-month pantry, it helps you determine your goal.

She also buys wheat berries, since they have a 30-year shelf life. This would mean that you would have to have a wheat grinder.

She talks about the importance of pressure canning meat, solar oven cooking, and vacuum sealing.

This personal food storage program was created by a Mormon woman. Their church has an end time prophecy that causes them to store massive amounts of food. This is unlike the Christian church, who are able to see the same signs of the times. We can copy their food storage program without copying their doctrines.
